Returns & Refund Policy

At Part and Parcel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused

- In original packaging

- Returned within 14 days of cancellation

Some items cannot be returned, including:

- Sealed goods if opened

- Hazardous materials

- Special order items

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

- Item is faulty

- Item incorrect

If your item is faulty or damaged:

- Contact us within 48 hours

- We will arrange replacement or refund
