An insulated plastic safety clamp, manufactured to DIN VDE 0680-1 standards, designed to secure transparent insulating shrouding in place to prevent accidental contact with live terminals. Ideal for use by electricians, auto electricians or mechanics working on hybrid and electric vehicles.
- Insulated spring-loaded plastic clamp, to hold insulating transparent shrouding.
- Length: 140mm. Jaw opening: 20mm. Weight: 52g.
- Features rubber contacts in the jaw to protect the insulating shroud.
- Manufactured to DIN VDE 0680-1 standards, for safe operator use on live voltages up to 1000V.
- Suitable for use with Laser 1000V insulating shrouding, Part No. 6676. WARNING: If you see any insulation damage, like cracks or exposed conductive material, replace the tool immediately for safety.
