LASER 8339 EV Battery Adjustable Mobile Bench Steel Workstation SWL 800kg

Adjustable mobile bench, specifically designed to aid the removal of underslung EV batteries (max Safe Working Load: 800kg) from the vehicle and move them around the workshop for safe storage and/or repair. Made in UK.

• Mobile bench with individual height adjustable heavy-duty castors, allows for height/tilt adjustment (70mm max) to ensure batteries remain level and in alignment with the vehicle when either removing or installing.
• 6” x 2” (150 x 50mm) rubber wheels with safety locks (400kg capacity per wheel), fitted to height adjustable legs, with threaded adjustment and thrust bearing. Use with 13mm Hex ratchet, spanner or socket.
• Dimensions: 1500 x 1020 x 780mm (with wheels raised). Tested to 25% overload capacity. Equivalent to Tesla 1020566-00-E.
• Steel top plate (2mm thick), supplied with 6x wooden support beams to avoid damage to the underside of battery casing. UK Registered Design.
• Specifically designed for the removal and installation of EV batteries when used in conjunction with a standard 2-post vehicle lift. Ideal for use in conjunction with Laser EV Battery Lifting Frame, Part No. 8338. Made in Sheffield.
