LASER 8616 CV Bootgun Pro Pneumatic Tool For CV Boot Installation on Driveshafts

A pneumatic CV bootgun featuring wider opening arms and ergonomic handle for ease of use, together with an integral belt hook and stand, designed to stretch flexible boots over constant velocity joints onto driveshaft assemblies without having to dismantle the joint. Simple to use, just connect the airline, slide the boot onto the tool, expand the arms, push the boot into place and remove the tool. Can be used for both outer and inner boots without dismantling the joint, saving time and money. Ideal for the professional workshop for fast, clean boot installation.

• Install flexible CV boots onto driveshaft assemblies without dismantling the joint.
• For use with an air compressor. Works at 58-116psi (4-8 bar). Noise level: 90dB. Standard 1/4" BSP connection.
• Maximum CV joint diameter: 155mm. NOTE: When loaded, the pneumatic opening is restricted to 125mm to prevent the boot from splitting, but it can be manually expanded to 155mm by pushing the arms onto the joint.
