LASER 8951 Ratchet Ring Spanner 13mm Spanner Size Chrome Vanadium Steel

A fully insulated 13mm Bi-Hex (12pt) ratchet ring spanner for working on hybrid and electric vehicles, suitable for live working up to 1000V AC/ 1500V DC. Both GS and VDE certificated, and manufactured according to the IEC60900 standard for safe use in a high voltage environment. Suitable for use by technicians and mechanics, professional electricians and installers.
