LASER 9183 Ball Joint Mounting Spreader Removal Separator Black Steel Tool

Designed to make separating ball joints easy. The separator adaptors screw in, in place of the joint nut and bottom out on the end of the joint thread. This allows an air impact hammer equipped with the punches provided to be used to quickly vibrate the joint taper free.

• Ball Joint thread sizes: M10 x 1.25, M10 x 1.5, M12 x 1.25, M12 x 1.5, M12 x 1.75, M14 x 1.5, M14 x 2.0, M16 x 1.5mm.
• Also includes: 2x air hammer punches. 1x 17mm hex punch to align the impact gun where required. Domed adaptor to allow controlled off-line use.
• Adaptors can also be used with a hammer.
• Time saving over use of scissor type ball joint splitters. Designed for use with an air impact hammer, such as Part No. 6031.
• Manufactured from Chrome Molybdenum (SCM440) with a Zinc phosphate finish. Supplied in a EVA foam tray (37 x 186 x 197mm).
